Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking a Senior Product Designer – Design System to govern the design system's foundations, components and templates and champion its adoption across product squads.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Content Design to ensure the design system scales across web and app experiences, contributing to the design system roadmap and quarterly planning, and promoting accessibility, consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience governing design systems in complex digital environments.
• Experience connecting component libraries to code through tokens.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency and usability.

Responsibilities

• Govern foundations, components and templates as the single source of truth.
• Collaborate with Engineering to tokenise components and connect to code.
• Evolve Figma libraries and component architecture for scalability.
• Support squad contribution to design system roadmap and quarterly planning.
• Promote accessibility, consistency and efficiency across web and apps.
• Drive adoption and reduce duplication across product teams.
