Job summary

Theme Framer is seeking a visionary Lead Product Designer to guide our design tokens, canvas interactions, and developer-first design systems.

With 6+ years in product design for developer tools or complex SaaS, you will define and scale our global design system, partner with frontend engineers, and lead user research with enterprise clients. Remote-first setup with stipend, equity, and learning budget awaits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in developer tools, complex SaaS dashboards, or design software.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, design token architecture, and modern CSS/Tailwind principles.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex generative workflows into intuitive UI flows.

Lead Product Designer (Design Systems)

• Define and scale Theme Framer's global design system across web, studio canvases, and marketing platforms.
• Design intuitive micro-interactions, responsive layouts, and multimodal prompt interfaces.
• Partner closely with frontend engineering to ensure pixel-perfect parity between Figma and code.
• Conduct user research sessions with enterprise software creators and CTOs.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of product design experience in developer tools, complex SaaS dashboards, or design software.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, design token architecture, and modern CSS/Tailwind principles.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex generative workflows into intuitive UI flows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing system design and interaction craft.

Bonus Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and React component anatomy.
