Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams across the full project lifecycle, from development through close-out. You will lead large, technically complex programs, produce and oversee multiple projects, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations and contract requirements.

The role emphasizes client relations, governance, QA/QC, and mentoring senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through the project's lifecycle.
• Responsible for large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure on-time completion of deliverables.
• Track financials and adjust work effort to meet budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project staffs and mentor other Project Managers.
• Perform other duties as needed.
