Responsibilities
Acquire a detailed understanding of the technical aspects of the process and the equipment.
Implement, monitor, and drive the improvement of key business metrics.
Actively introduce manufacturing process improvements.
Develop stable and capable manufacturing processes.
Analyse data gathered in QC from cartridge run data.
Design and develop tools, fixtures, gauges, and special equipment.
Work with third parties to develop process automation solutions.
Conduct technical review of validation documentation.
Prepare all relevant product specifications.
Support process start-up activities through generation of documentation.
Manage and seek approval for all engineering changes.
Lead technical risk assessments and investigations.
Monitor process yield and continuously improve yield.
Serve as key technical liaison with contract manufacturers.
Troubleshoot and investigate errors and faults.
