Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical device or diagnostics manufacturing, owning and improving manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years of experience in a regulated industry where Quality Systems are essential.
• Hands-on experience with process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and workflows to identify improvements.
• Support verification and validation activities at CMO.
• Maintain manufacturing process documentation including technical reports.

Skills

Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles

Knowledge of manufacturing methods relevant to instrumentation or electromechanical assembly

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
