Senior Design Manager (Water Recycling) - Peterborough

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager (Water Recycling) to lead our engineering team in delivering a diverse portfolio of capital investment projects, including infrastructure such as CSOs, SUDs, and sewerage enhancements.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead and develop the engineering team: Plan resources, recruit, develop talent, and ensure high-quality outputs.
2. Drive innovation and sustainability: Embrace digital technologies and develop sustainable solutions aligned with PAS 2080.
3. Ensure safety and compliance: Act as CDM Principal Designer, promoting health and safety culture.
4. Collaborate and influence: Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
5. Deliver excellence: Foster continuous improvement to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
