Anglian Water Services is recruiting a Senior Design Manager to lead the AMP8 capital investment programme. You will help deliver a diverse portfolio of projects and manage the engineering team to meet objectives.

You will collaborate with project management and delivery teams, ensuring contractual obligations are met within governance standards, and work with alliance partners Barhale, Kier, and MGroup on NEC3 contract workstreams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience designing multi-disciplinary capital projects in a design & build collaborative environment.
• Experience managing designers under CDM rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the AMP8 capital investment programme.
• Be accountable for leading the engineering team and delivery.
• Grow internal and external networks with IOS partners.
