Job summary
Build Maintain Recruit Limited is seeking a Senior Design Manager to support major data centre and defence projects in the Bristol area. You will lead design delivery, governance and technical assurance across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring programme alignment and value engineering.

Qualifications
- Significant experience leading design delivery on major construction projects.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams across sectors.
- Strong understanding of contractual, technical and statutory requirements.
- Experience in design governance, risk management and value engineering.
- Chartered status desirable; CSCS card preferred.
