Job summary

Groupe Adéquat UK (GA UK) is seeking a Design Manager to coordinate technically complex healthcare schemes, working closely with consultants, engineers and project teams to deliver innovative, practical solutions from pre-construction through to completion.

Ideally you will bring a minimum of 3 years in design management, or 10 years as an Architect in a Lead Project Architect role, with a track record of leading expansion of medical facilities in London.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in design management, or 10 years as an Architect in a Lead Project Architect role.
• Experience on healthcare or life science schemes preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, engineers and project teams from pre-construction to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead on expansion of two London-based medical facilities.

As Design Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating technically complex healthcare schemes, working closely with consultants, engineers and project teams to deliver innovative, practical solutions from pre-construction through to completion. Further pipeline includes commercial and labs projects.

We’re looking for someone with Design Management experience, ideally within healthcare or life science sectors to lead on the expansion of two London based medical facilities.

To be considered for this opportunity, ideally you will have a minimum of 3 year's Design Management experience, or at least 10 years as Architect, working in a Lead Project Architect role. Of course, this can be flexed dependent on the individual.
