Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in London or Epsom seeks a Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You will deliver projects to time, cost and quality targets, and develop strategies with the Design Director.

Chartered Engineer/Architect or equivalent, NEC3/NEC4 experience, and strong leadership and BIM knowledge are essential. Hybrid working and potential security clearance are considerations.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer/Architect or equivalent with design management experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering projects to time, cost and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-disciplinary design projects from concept through construction.
• Lead project team, motivate and mentor members, manage risks and client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and partners to ensure successful delivery.
