Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Design Manager in Hertfordshire for a main contractor with a strong education sector portfolio. The role involves leading design delivery from feasibility through on-site coordination, on a c.£25m new build project.

You will liaise between design teams, clients, and delivery teams across a hybrid work setup with office and site presence, and a salary of £75k–£90k plus a comprehensive package.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and support design delivery across an exciting long term education sector portfolio spanning Higher Education, High Schools, Academies and Primary Schools.

The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for managing the design process from early feasibility and planning stages through to on-site coordination and delivery, taking responsibility for a new build project c£25m in value.
