Job summary

Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd. is seeking a Senior Design Manager to oversee the design process for DfE school replacement projects, ensuring the design intent is maintained from pre-construction through live delivery.

The role covers our North Midlands and Yorkshire region, working between our Head Office in Heage, Derbyshire and our regional office in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent position, typically 40 hours over five days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design management for complex projects.
• Strong involvement in pre-construction activities and design reviews.
• Delivery experience on site with focus on achieving design intent on live works.

Responsibilities
