Senior Design Manager - Facade/Cladding/Fire Remediation

The Company

My client is a leading provider of high-quality façade systems, fire remediation, roofing, and curtain wall solutions. Their diverse portfolio includes hotels, student accommodations, office buildings, and sports stadiums. With a turnover exceeding 45m, they are known for their commitment to staff investment.

The Role - Senior Design Manager (Facade/Cladding)

• Managing a design team.
• Managing the design process using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness, and technical expertise.
• Managing external sub-contractors relevant to design, including 3D scans, structural engineers, thermal engineers, and acoustic engineers.
• Driving the project design forward and presenting potential solutions to issues that arise.
• Setting up and chairing meetings.
• Preparation and monitoring of design programmes and deliverables.

This is a client-facing role, so you must be able to adapt and communicate with all levels.
