Senior Design Manager - Facade/Cladding/Fire Remediation

The Company

With a turnover exceeding £45m, they are known for their commitment to staff investment.

The Role - Senior Design Manager (Facade/Cladding)

• Managing a design team.
• Overseeing the design process with a focus on commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness, and technical expertise.
• Managing external sub-contractors relevant to design, such as 3D scan providers, structural engineers, thermal engineers, and acoustic engineers.
• Driving project design forward and presenting solutions to arising issues.
• Setting up and chairing meetings.
• Preparing and monitoring design programmes and deliverables.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills across all levels.
