Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking a Senior Design Manager for complex data centre, high-tech and industrial projects in Farringdon, London. The role focuses on leading architectural delivery, providing strategic design direction and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage client relationships, mentor project teams, and oversee resources across multiple commissions with a salary of £70,000–£90,000 and flexible/hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Senior-level design management experience delivering complex architectural projects.
• Strong experience coordinating clients, consultants and contractors.
• Proven mentoring and leadership of architectural teams.
• Experience delivering data centre/high-tech/industrial projects; Revit helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex architectural projects from initial design through to completion.
• Provide strategic direction across planning, programme delivery and design management.
• Manage client liaison and maintain clear communication throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
• Mentor project teams and provide leadership across demanding commissions.
• Manage resources and team allocation across multiple active projects.
