Qualifications

• Senior-level design management experience delivering complex architectural projects.
• Experience coordinating clients, consultants and contractors.
• Proven experience mentoring and leading architectural project teams.
• Resource management and team allocation experience.
• Experience providing strategic direction across planning, programme delivery and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience delivering major data centre, high-tech or industrial projects; Revit advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex architectural projects from initial design through to completion.
• Provide strategic direction across planning, programme delivery and design management.
• Manage client liaison and maintain clear communication throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
• Mentor project teams and provide leadership across demanding commissions.
• Manage resources and team allocation across multiple active projects.
