Senior Design Manager Major Refurbishment

This busy main contractor has a requirement for a Senior Design Manager with pre-construction experience of major refurbishments in the London environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the preconstruction phase as the Senior Design Manager and a potentially long-term, stable work opportunity. Having experienced strong growth due to successive bids, it is a very good time to join the company.

The project for this Senior Design Manager position is a £60m intensive refurbishment of an existing structure, stripping back to the frame, rebuilding, and adding 2 new floors. This is an exciting but demanding role for an experienced Senior Design Manager who thrives on complicated problem solving.

Although this contractor is considered a Tier 2 business, they have a successful history of projects over £50m. You will, as a Senior Design Manager, need experience of cut & carve refurb projects and a history of main contracting positions with recognized builders.
