Job description

An established, Tier 1, main contractor is looking for a Senior Design Manager to join their Midlands team. The successful Senior Design Manager will work closely with the project team managing the design process on a range of projects from preconstruction through to delivery.

This is a mix of both office and on-site working.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a main contractor.
2. Experience in Residential/large scale developments and accommodation, as well as other areas such as mixed use, commercial, and industrial.
3. Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree / HNC/D).
4. Driving licence is essential.
