Pontoon is seeking a Senior Design Insight Analyst (6-month contract) to join our Customer Analytics team. The role focuses on mobile app propositions, especially Savings and Upcoming Payments journeys, translating data into actionable recommendations.

You will tell compelling stories with data, influence product and design decisions, and collaborate with Product, Design and Analytics teams across UK digital channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent SQL skills.

• Proven experience translating data into compelling stories and business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working in customer, digital or product analytics environments.
• Ability to balance technical analysis with business-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour across digital channels and mobile app journeys.
• Support optimisation of Savings and Upcoming Payments propositions.
• Use behavioural analytics to identify customer needs, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Deliver actionable insights that influence product, design and business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Design and Analytics teams.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, engaging and commercially relevant way.
• Drive evidence-based decision making through robust analysis and insight generation.
