Job summary

Une entreprise de fabrication de motos hautes performances recherche un Ingénieur de Conception Senior pour son projet Powertrain. Vous serez chargé de développer des modèles 3D de composants de transmission, en assurant leur compatibilité au sein de modèles complets. Ce rôle exige une solide expérience en conception CAD, notamment avec PTC Creo, ainsi qu'une connaissance approfondie des systèmes de transmission.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique ou domaine similaire.
• Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en conception CAD dans le secteur automobile ou moto.
• Connaissance approfondie des systèmes de transmission et des principes de conception mécanique.

Responsibilities

• Développer des modèles 3D et des dessins techniques 2D de composants de transmission.
• Créer des assemblages et les intégrer dans des modèles complets de motos.
• Supporter la conception et le développement de moteurs à combustion interne.

About the company

A well-established high-performance motorcycle manufacturer is currently looking for a Senior Design Engineer for their Powertrain project.

Job Details

• 45 hours per week
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of CAD design experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry
• Proficiency with PTC Creo
• Strong understanding of powertrain systems and mechanical design principles
• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Additional Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings of powertrain components (e.g., engine cases, cylinder heads, crankshafts, transmission gears, covers, intakes, and exhausts)
• Create assemblies and integrate them into complete motorcycle models, ensuring compatibility and packaging feasibility
• Support the design and development of internal combustion engines and hybrid/electric powertrains
• Perform tolerance stack-ups, material selection, and design for manufacturability (DFM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, testing, procurement, and vehicle integration
• Conduct design reviews and implement feedback from simulation, validation, and prototype testing
