Responsibilities

• Manage design consultant activities and deliverables to align with programme and client requirements.
• Lead permanent works design on the project unless a Design Manager is present.
• Track and report input/output deliverables for design to Project/Engineering Manager.
• Manage the Technical Queries process; assign actions and follow up responses.
• Coordinate design queries and information from design workshops and meetings; maintain records.
• Raise RFIs internally and externally from the project team.
• Support the Design Manager to ensure timely design deliverables as per programme.
• Review monthly design progress reports and update the design deliverable schedule.
• Ensure design deliverables meet the required standard; review drawings per client scope/requirements.
