Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Design Concession Approver in Filton, England on an initial 5-month contract. You will lead design investigations and formulate technical solutions for Manufacturing Non-Conformances, ensuring Airworthiness and safety requirements are met.

You will liaise with other functions to deliver a fully integrated design solution and act as focal point across engineering teams.

Salary £46-£52 per hour via Umbrella, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• You will operate as a lead design engineer and must hold design approval signatory, particularly for manufacturing non-conformances (T200).
• Drive continuous improvement to increase team efficiency through processes, ensuring lessons learned are fed back.
• Report on critical technical issues to functional and delivery managers to manage risks.
• Develop stakeholder relationships across the wider engineering network.
• Work autonomously when required while staying a strong team player.
• Deliver on time, cost and quality, embracing change and challenge.
