Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Dermatologist to join an expanding team across Trust sites. The role focuses on delivering specialist dermatology services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with involvement in teaching and governance.

The successful candidate will contribute to service development, engage in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and participate in audits and clinical governance to maintain high standards of care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fully trained in Dermatology.
• Experience with clinical governance and GMC Good Medical Practice.
• Ability to lead and teach within a dermatology service.

Responsabilités

• Provide dermatology services in-patient and out-patient settings with colleagues.
• Offer on-call cover 9am-5pm for the Dermatology service and support ward/ED queries.
• Attend monthly clinical governance & academic meetings.
• Participate in teaching of undergraduate students (Oxford) and postgraduate training.
• Contribute to clinical governance meetings and medical audit.
• Maintain professional development portfolio as per Royal College of Physicians.
