Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Dermatologist to join our Dermatology Department at the Churchill Hospital, Oxford. The post involves outpatient and inpatient work, teaching, and participation in the on-call rota, with a total workload of 10 PAs.

Qualifications

Eligible for GMC registration with specialist dermatology qualifications.
Evidence of leadership, teaching and governance activities.
Ability to manage complex clinical problems in a teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

Provide consultant-led dermatology clinics and specialist services.
Participate in on-call rota and advice and guidance service.
Support education, supervision and development of trainees and junior doctors.
Contribute to clinical governance, audit, quality improvement and service development.
Engage in teaching and training within a teaching hospital environment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and primary care to deliver patient-centred care.
