Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Dermatologist to join our Dermatology Department at Churchill Hospital, Oxford. The role involves providing expert clinical care across dermatology services, with a total workload of 10 PAs per week, and may involve activity at other clinics within the Trust.

You will join a multidisciplinary team in a teaching hospital environment, contributing to teaching, research and service development while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• MRCP or equivalent
• CCST / CCT or GMC Specialist Register in Dermatology OR CESR
• Higher medical degree e.g. PhD or MD

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical care across dermatology services including general, vulval, and leg ulcer clinics.
• Participate in the dermatology on-call rota and Advice and Guidance service.
• Support education, supervision and development of dermatology trainees and junior doctors.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit, quality improvement and service development initiatives.
• Participate in teaching and training within a teaching hospital environment.
• Work with multidisciplinary colleagues and primary care partners to deliver patient-centred care.
