Job summary

Harris Academy Benfleet is seeking an outstanding leader to join us as Assistant Principal, guiding the strategic and operational management, development and leadership required to secure our ethos, aims and objectives.

You will hold QTS (or equivalent) with a good undergraduate degree, extensive teaching experience and outstanding practice; proven department leadership; SEF writing; lesson observations with feedback; and improvement planning to raise student achievement while building positive

• Extensive teaching experience.

• Experience of lesson observations and giving feedback.
• Experience of improvement planning.
