Job summary

LDH la doria is seeking an organised supply chain professional to lead end-to-end stock replenishment and ensure product availability in the UK. The role involves forecasting, inventory control, and managing international procurement and shipping with strong supplier relationships.

You will supervise the Supply Chain Administrator, analyse data for continuous improvement, and report on performance metrics while collaborating across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in similar role.
• Analytical and data-driven.
• Highly organised and process-oriented.
• Proactive and resilient under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and planning to strengthen accurate forecasts and optimise stock.
• Maintain optimal warehouse stock levels to meet demand with minimal excess.
• Raise and execute purchase orders based on safety stock and lead times.
• Manage international supply chain and order cycles to the UK port of entry.
• Liaise with international suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
• Provide weekly stock and supply chain reports and monitor supplier performance.
• Supervise the Supply Chain Administrator and escalate critical issues.
