Job summary

Baxi Heating UK Limited is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to cover a maternity contract of 9-12 months. You will develop and maintain demand forecasts, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Production to translate demand signals into robust plans, and drive service excellence and inventory optimization.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP systems (SAP and/or M3).

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning within a multi-site environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data-driven insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning tools.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP and/or M3.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU-level forecasts within IBP Demand Planning.
• Maintain forecast families and product lifecycle plans.
• Review and align statistical forecasts; apply adjustments.
• Collaborate with Sales to capture demand signals.
• Support stock planning and replenishment decisions.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and business planning.
• Present forecasts to management and stakeholders.
