UPP, the UK's leading provider of on-campus accommodation, is hiring a Demand Marketing Executive to join our Partnerships team in London. The role delivers multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, CRM and partner channels to drive occupancy and student engagement.
Based in our hybrid London office near London Bridge, Cannon Street and Monument, you will coordinate assets, manage calendars, build CRM audiences, and analyse campaign performance to optimise future activity.

We are looking for a Demand Marketing Executive to join our Partnerships team to help deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate demand, enhance student engagement and support commercial performance.
Working closely with the Senior Demand Marketing Manager and wider team, you'll coordinate and deliver campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, content and university partner channels. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in creating compelling student-focused marketing activity while developing your marketing expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This role is based at our award-winning London office, conveniently located near London Bridge, Cannon Street and Monument stations, and offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week in the office.
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva or similar marketing tools would be advantageous. Experience creating user-generated content, managing social media communities or working with student audiences would also be beneficial.
Alongside your technical skills, you'll be proactive, organised and keen to learn. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, building strong relationships and taking ownership of your work.
