Due to rapid growth, the business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team in 2025.
A bit about the Role
- Based in the West Midlands area (including M5), this is a leadership role delivering all Connected Kerb’s sites and sockets in the Central and Wales regions.
- Manage the infrastructure delivery programme, including risk, change, and equipment forecasts.
- Update project forecasts and delivery numbers based on updated programmes.
- Preparation of project invoices for issue to clients.
- Champion and encourage all members of the project delivery team to collaborate and become more than the sum of their parts.
- Maintain high standards of communication with our Clients and Partners, ensuring it is organized and saved for future reference.
- Apply appropriate project management standards for the delivery of the project.
- Provide accurate Sitetracker data and maintain forecast volumes to ensure delivery numbers do not slip.
- Report on project progress through the preparation of highlight reports.
- Liaise with and ensure effective and timely coordination between Clients, Principal Designers, Designers, Principal Contractors, Contractors, and other Stakeholders.
Requirements
- A successful track record in managing operational delivery in highways-related projects.
- Experience working within NEC3 and/or NEC4 Professional Services and Engineering and Construction Contracts, or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, with a flexible attitude towards work to handle a variable and demanding workload.
- CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification.
- Knowledge of NEC PSC and ECC forms of contract.
- Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2.
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation, including The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
- Ability to confidently deliver presentations.
- Self-starter capable of managing their own time effectively.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a multi-disciplined team.
- Experience in team development to maximize team potential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Project).
