Job summary

Scarlet is seeking an Assessment Delivery Optimisation lead to shape how we plan, prioritise and deploy resources across our global client base. You will build the operating model to scale to four times today’s volume and handle diverse devices, regulatory regimes and in-person assessments.

You will blend operational judgement with data modelling and AI to create planning systems that keep assessments moving and deliver faster, safer certifications for patients who need them.

Qualifications

• Experience building or operating production forecasting, optimisation or scheduling systems (≤140 chars).
• Experience using data modelling and analytics to drive operational decisions (≤140 chars).
• Experience using AI to improve operational workflows (≤140 chars).
• Experience leading cross-functional decisions with competing priorities (≤140 chars).
• Experience explaining complex operational decisions clearly (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level capacity planning and forecast resource needs.
• Design and optimise allocation of assessment experts and timelines.
• Own and improve scheduling and prioritisation tools across regimes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and ML teams to automate large-scale operations.
