As Senior Delivery Manager, you will provide strategic delivery leadership for a large and growing digital group supporting People & Culture, Finance & Legal, Estates, Accommodation, Catering and Retail operations. Working as part of the management team, you will oversee delivery across four multidisciplinary squads and their TechOps partners, ensuring priorities are realistic, coordinated and aligned with the wider product roadmap.
You will lead resource, capacity and portfolio planning across a complex and fast-moving environment, creating a clear view of priorities, sequencing, risks and dependencies.
