We are seeking a Security Cleared (SC) Senior Delivery Lead to manage all Agile delivery activities within a portfolio of engagements. Responsibilities

• Manage entire projects from inception to completion, including requirement gathering, planning, and delivery within budget and schedule.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, performance management, and process improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, negotiate with clients, manage expectations, and ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage technical teams.
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC and business process trends, with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong familiarity with Agile tools and techniques.
• Experience working with B2B clients and development management tools (TFS, Jira, etc.).
• Understanding of complex business processes and excellent communication skills.
• Active live Security Clearance in the UK.
