DELIVERY LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

The main purpose of this role is to oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion. You will gather requirements, plan and manage project delivery with a team of business and technical experts, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will utilize appropriate project management methodologies and perform basic business analysis tasks.

As a Delivery Lead, you will manage team performance in collaboration with line managers, promote effective teamwork, manage changes, and continuously improve processes. You will lead collaborative planning, prioritize work based on capacity and capability, and manage customer negotiations and expectations. You will also report on project phases and make critical business decisions to meet client expectations, ensuring quality standards are maintained and fostering positive client relationships.

DELIVERY LEAD REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to manage a team of technical professionals
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC and business process trends, with a focus on process improvement
• Strong understanding of Agile tools and techniques
• Experience working with B2B clients
• Familiarity with development management tools such as TFS, Jira, etc.
• Experience in a software development environment
• Ability to understand and document complex business processes
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, passionate about technology, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
• Active live Security Clearance in the UK
