AWS Professional Services Public Sector ANZ is seeking a highly technical senior cloud architect specialized in Data Analytics and GenAI to collaborate with customers and partners, deriving business value from the latest Data Analytics and GenAI services. Responsibilities include developing and delivering proof-of-concept projects, technical workshops, and supporting complex projects focused on customer solutions such as batch and real-time data capture and analysis, driving data-driven decisions, and achieving desired outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

1. Expertise: Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to help partners and customers utilize services like AWS Glue, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, RDS, EMR, Kinesis, Redshift, Athena, Lake Formation, DataZone, SageMaker, Quicksight, and Bedrock.
2. Solutions: Support pre-sales and technical engagements, understanding customer requirements, creating consulting proposals, and packaging data analytics service offerings.
3. Delivery: Manage projects demonstrating AWS services for new distributed computing solutions, including migration and modernization of data applications using AWS cloud services.
4. Insights: Work with AWS engineering teams to relay customer needs, share implementation challenges, and recommend new capabilities to enhance AWS service adoption and value.
5. Push the envelope: Explore innovative ways to leverage Data Analytics and GenAI Services to meet business needs, reducing traditional IT constraints.

Minimum qualifications
