Job summary

The Collective in Bristol is seeking an ambitious 180° Delivery Consultant to join our expanding delivery team. Based in central Bristol, you will own end-to-end delivery across live technology and engineering roles, from sourcing through to onboarding.

You’ll nurture strong candidate relationships, conduct screening and interview preparation, coordinate processes, and work with senior consultants to meet growing client demand.

Qualifications

• 2/3+ year experience in recruitment delivery (180° or 270°)
• Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills
• Motivated, fast-paced mindset and comfortable working to deadlines and targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Highly organised with a structured approach to workload
• Positive, team-first attitude and drive to grow within a scaling business
