Job summary

Assystem UK is seeking a Senior Project Management Consultant to drive delivery effectiveness across a major nuclear infrastructure project. You will support implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of delivery initiatives with programme leadership and teams.

You will facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and help embed new governance, processes, and tools to improve delivery performance and measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience across multiple programmes and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery effectiveness initiatives across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Collaborate with teams to identify performance and productivity improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to drive alignment.
• Support the adoption of new tools, governance, systems, and ways of working.
• Analyse programme performance data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Produce reports and presentations for decision-making.
• Work with Project Managers, Project Controls and functional leads to enhance delivery.
• Support change management and embedding new practices across the programme.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and governance reporting.
