Job summary

Assystem GmbH is seeking a Senior Project Management Consultant to support the Delivery Effectiveness Programme on a major nuclear infrastructure project in the UK. You will work with programme leadership, project teams and stakeholders to improve delivery performance and embed best practices across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Delivery Effectiveness initiatives across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Support adoption of new tools, processes, governance, systems and ways of working.
• Analyse programme performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities with clear recommendations.
• Produce reports and communications to support programme delivery and decision-making.
• Work with Project Managers, Project Controls and leads to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Support change management and continuous improvement to embed new practices across the programme.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and contribute to governance and programme reporting.
