Job summary

Assystem is seeking a seasoned Process Architect for the Sizewell C project in the UK. You will lead the people side of change, shape digital processes, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business transformation.

With 5+ years of change management experience, you will drive governance, KPI benefits realization, and mentoring while coordinating across programmes and external partners. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive practical experience managing and delivering the people side of change.
• Experience leading business change coordination across multiple programmes.
• Holds Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to continuously improve strategy across the Digital and IT team on SZC programmes.
• Define processes and refine digital processes and procedures within transformation programmes.
• Identify issues with stakeholders and drive adoption of best practices.
• Manage delivery of multiple workstreams embedded within programmes and projects.
• Quality assure business architecture deliverables and ways of working across projects.
