IPS Group, on behalf of a Global Insurer, seeks an experienced Delegated Authority professional to lead a busy team in Slough.

You will own the full delegated authority cycle, mentor junior colleagues, and support the Delegated Authority Manager while collaborating closely with Underwriting teams and coverholders.

This is a senior step-up opportunity requiring robust UK Insurance Market experience and a proven leadership style.

You will have responsibility of all aspects of the full delegated authority cycle, working closely with Underwriting teams internally and a variety of coverholders. As a senior member of the team you will also be required to mentor junior individual's within the division and support the Delegated Authority Manager where required.
