Job summary

IPS Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Delegated Authority professional to join a busy team, bringing expert knowledge of the delegated authority cycle and working closely with Underwriting and coverholders.

As a senior team member you will mentor juniors, support the Delegated Authority Manager, and lead by example to drive quality and compliance within the UK market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Delegated Authority within UK Insurance market.
• Strong understanding of delegated authority processes and governance.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior colleagues in a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the full delegated authority cycle from intake to renewal.
• Collaborate with Underwriting teams and coverholders to ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and support the Delegated Authority Manager as needed.

Job description

A Global Insurer requires an experienced Delegated Authority professional to add expertise and knowledge to a busy team.

You will have responsibility of all aspects of the full delegated authority cycle, working closely with Underwriting teams internally and a variety of coverholders. As a senior member of the team you will also be required to mentor junior individual's within the division and support the Delegated Authority Manager where required.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Delegated Authority to step up into a Senior role and lead by example. Therefore you must have UK Insurance Market experience.
