Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years’ post-graduate experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in live planning/programming roles and/or delay analysis.
• Strong understanding of programmes, critical path concepts, and planning software.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management on complex disputes work.
• Lead client assignments relating to delay and disruption claims.
• Analyse disputed time-related issues with the delay team.

Delay analysis expertise

Strong understanding of planning principles

Client-facing skills

Competent in planning software

Knowledge of standard contracts (NEC, JCT)

Education

Degree qualification

Masters in Construction Law (desirable)
