My client is a leading pensions firm currently recruiting for multiple defined benefit pension administrators at all levels, working hybrid from Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role involves managing a portfolio of DB schemes, working at the forefront of the team, with scope for development into other areas such as trustee and consulting.
The successful candidate will be a key part of the team, managing their own set of DB/DC schemes. Essential experience includes technical knowledge of defined benefit, final salary pensions, or DC schemes, along with client management experience within pensions. Professional qualifications like progressing towards PMI are desirable but not essential.
You will work with clients holding a mix of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. A thorough understanding of scheme rules, current legislation, and project management is required. The role may include client-facing responsibilities as your experience grows.
