A leading pensions consultancy in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator (DB) to join their team. The role involves managing pension schemes, ensuring compliance with legislation, and developing client relationships. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in pension administration, with opportunities for long-term growth within a national organization.
My client is a leading pensions consultancy recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator (Defined Benefit) to work at the forefront of the team in Glasgow. Due to staff safety, remote working is expected for the foreseeable future.
The role is available due to new business wins. The successful candidate will manage a set of DB/DC schemes and work closely with clients. Previous technical experience in defined benefit/final salary pensions and DC schemes is essential. Experience in client management within pensions is also required. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable but not essential.
You will be working with clients with both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle-to-grave pensions administration, understanding of scheme rules, legislation, and project management skills are important. Some client-facing work will be involved as experience grows.
