Job summary
ALTEN is a global engineering and technology consultancy. We are seeking a Mid-Senior Project Engineering Delivery Lead to join our defence teams in Belfast, on-site four days a week, with SC clearance eligibility.
You will lead engineering work packages, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery governance across complex programmes in land, sea, and air domains. A strong engineering background and leadership skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Experience in engineering delivery leadership across complex projects.
- Understanding of cost, schedule, resource management and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of engineering work packages to cost, schedule and quality targets.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies and risks.
- Monitor schedules, resources, budgets and performance with project controls.
- Support bid, change and growth activities including estimation and planning.
- Engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
