Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cross-discipline teams on high-value defence projects in the UK. The role focuses on scope definition, WBS, performance baselines, change control, and supplier data integration.

You will mentor teams, drive governance, and work with the Integrated Project Team to deliver robust, auditable results while supporting regional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects in defence or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience across multiple project controls disciplines and lifecycle stages.
• Ability to lead teams and mature governance across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead cross-discipline project controls teams on high value programmes.
• Define scope with exclusions, interfaces and dependencies; develop WBS.
• Establish performance baselines and manage change control processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to integrate data per contractual requirements.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous capability improvements.
