Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex defence infrastructure in the UK. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, work within secure environments, and ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Responsibilities span feasibility to handover, with emphasis on integration of design, procurement and construction while maintaining strong client relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major infrastructure, capital investment or construction projects within defence or regulated sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Experience managing design teams and contract administration across complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, secure and successful delivery of defence infrastructure and construction projects within time, cost, quality and performance objectives.
• Manage projects through feasibility, business case, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design teams to ensure integrated delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate project controls, cost management, risk assessment and change control.
• Provide leadership across commercial, procurement and project control functions throughout the lifecycle.
