Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Leicester

Reporting To: Collections Manager

Compensation: £25,000 - £28,000 / year


Description
Reports to: Collections Manager
Location: Leicester, LE3 5BZ
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Office Based.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Subject to Tax and NI)
Bonus: Up to £12,000 annually (£3,000 per quarter), based on performance and KPIs (subject to tax and NI)

What We Need from You
  • Proactively manage the recovery of overdue accounts through outbound contact via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Handle complex and high-value cases, negotiating payment arrangements or settlements professionally
  • Collaborate with Legal and Customer Service departments to resolve disputes and ensure smooth recovery processes
  • Investigate reasons for non-payment, assess risks, and recommend actions to mitigate exposure
  • Analyse account data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management
