Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned Litigation Manager to lead a growing team in the Sale, Manchester area with travel. You will oversee end-to-end debt recovery litigation, coordinating with external solicitors across England and Scotland to maximise recoveries while coaching a high-performing team.

You will drive strategy, risk management and process improvements, shaping litigation outcomes and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing litigation and debt recovery processes.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating external solicitors.
• Knowledge of England and Scotland jurisdictions.
• Ability to drive process improvements in litigation operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Litigation Team.
• Oversee end-to-end litigation, enforcement, and debt recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with external solicitors across jurisdictions.
• Represent the company at trials and hearings.
• Guide litigation strategy and risk management for senior management.
• Improve processes to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and report progress.
• Own complex, high-value debt cases across England and Scotland.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Travel as required (Sale, Manchester area).
