Grosvenor Casinos, part of The Rank Group, is hiring a Senior Dealer for its London venues. You will lead live table games, guide players, and help ensure smooth, professional operations on the gaming floor.

The role requires a calm, customer‑focused approach, a current PFL licence, and strong knowledge of payouts across games. You’ll work with a lively team in a 24/7 environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a casino dealer, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Hold a current PFL (Personal Functional Licence).
• Strong knowledge of live table games and payouts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a professional approach.

We’re looking for a Senior Dealer with strong casino experience, a calm approach under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

You’ll lead live table games, support new players, and work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and professional operations on the gaming floor.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where attention to detail and customer service are everything.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a casino dealer, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Houlry rate from £16.78

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
